What Photoshop tool is for dragging the selection?

For example, let’s say I selected a shirt on someone, but it left a small dent, and also selecting part of the person’s arm. What tool could be used to fix this? I use Adobe Photoshop CS4 but I believe that doesn’t really matter, since they pretty much work the same.

You have to select it with a marquee tool, the rectangular is default.
Then once it’s selected switch to the arrow tool(move tool)
then you drag it where you want it.

And I would use the magic wand tool to select a certain area or subtract and certain area, if you hold the alt key it will subtract, but make sure you set the tolerance level at the top by default its 20

just play around with the tools and you’ll get it.
