You can ask your partner to buy condoms without this type of lubricant. If you are allergic to latex, this can be cause yeast infection as well. You may find that condoms are available made of other materials, if this is the case.

To help keep your vaginal area dry, try change and switch to all-cotton underwear and make sure you carefully dry off after you shower. If you can, wear cotton underwear to bed, don’t wear at all, and always wash and thoroughly dry your underwear before wearing them. Don’t lounge around in a wet bathing suit and stay away from jeans or pantyhose that are too tight.

Your diet can also cause yeast infection. This means that you shouldn’t doesn’t eat foods containing yeast, because the two are completely different entities. Sugar is the cause yeast infection when it comes to your diet. If your sugar levels are often high among the types of foods you eat and suffering from frequent yeast infections, you may need to reassess your lifestyle and make some changes that can eradicate yeast infections frequent. Olive oil is an effective remedy for yeast infection treatment, take 3-4 drops of olive oil and grapefruit juice and mix in two cups of water. Drink this mixture that gives quick relief from yeast infection.

Garlic has medicinal property and kills yeast and germs, apply Garlic paste to the infected area except vagina. Use this paste 2-3 times a day till the infection is completely cured.

Apple-extract vinegar is an effective remedy for the yeast infection treatment. Mix it with little water and garlic extract. Soak a cotton ball in prepared mixture and put it in the vagina and other infected area. This provides you fast relief from itchy feeling and hot sensation.

Tea tree oil is also an effective medicine. Soak cotton ball in oil and place it in the vagina. This will reduce the vaginal pain and inflammation.

When you educate yourself about yeast infection causes, you can change any behavior that may be causing you to suffer. Sometimes, changing a simple thing can bring the greatest benefits.
